A graduate from Fordham University of New York, Phyllis earned her Bachelors degree in Communications and Political Science.  She worked as an Attorney for 8 years and then began her career in Real Estate as a Processor and Closer.  Her experience in the title and insurance business includes processing, closing, post closing, employee training, management of escrow and operations accounts, customer relations, marketing and coordination with realtors, lenders, brokers, builders, buyers and sellers.  Her 20+ years in the industry provides Exceptional Title with a wealth of knowledge and professionalism.
